History

Long cultivated in Burgundy, born through natural crossing of Pinot Noir and Gouais Blanc. Now grown worldwide and loved as the most versatile white wine grape.

Sommelier Note

Chardonnay is called a 'blank canvas' because it easily reflects the winemaker's philosophy. Using oak or not creates completely different flavors. Try both the minerality of Chablis and the richness of Meursault.
